Alcala Plaza offered a spacious and clean room which made our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities in the room included a minibar and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Plus, we loved that the hotel was conveniently located next to a shopping mall and provided free parking.

what a disappointment. the air conditioning was totally ineffective and it felt more like a sauna than a suite. also, how hard is it to provide more than one usable socket in the room? i nearly gave a good review but the breakfast was so revolting that i just couldn't. i expected better, but here we are.

during my stay, I enjoyed the close proximity to the Royal Botanic Garden Juan Carlos I, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll, and also found the Museo de Escultura al Aire Libre de Alcala de Henares just a short walk away, offering beautiful outdoor art to admire while walking through the city.
